Hello, animal lovers! At Lulu’s Way, we know how exciting it is to receive something new for your pet. That’s why we want to make shopping with us as easy and fast as giving your dog a treat.
Shipping times
Our team packs and ships your order with all the love and care your pet deserves, usually within 24-72 hours after your purchase is confirmed. Shipments typically take 1-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Costs
For orders over 45€, shipping is completely free. For smaller orders, shipping costs 4.99€.
Order tracking
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can know at all times where it is and when the order will arrive in your hands.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return unopened items. Please see our return policy for more details.

We currently ship all over Spain. If you are outside of Spain and would like our products, please contact us for other international shipping options.
