Returns within 30 days
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return unopened products.
Simply keep your receipt and the products in their original packaging.
How to return a product?
Please contact our customer service team to start the process.
Please send the products in their original packaging along with the receipt.
Once we receive the products, we will refund your money or send you a new product, as you prefer.
Return costs
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.
In that case, we will cover the costs.
Changes
If you prefer to exchange your product for another one, the process is the same as for returns.
Once we receive the original product, we will send you the new one.
